Artist's Comments
Part of a class project. The real project was assembling the scene- meant to be a laboratory/study from the late Victorian era.
I can count on one hand the number of items in the scene less than 80 years old. The majority of items are 100-150+ years old. In this photograph, the magazine is from 1928 (a bit later than I needed for this project, but I still think it works), and the books are from the mid-1800's. |
